6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first)

AIR SHOCKS AND ENGINE TUNE UP:
Parts - 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)
Labor - 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

BELTS AND HOSES: (cooling system)
Parts - Lifetime, to the original purchaser
Labor - 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

BRAKE OVERHAUL:
(brake shoes and/or disc pads warranted lifetime)
Parts - 24 months or 24,000 miles, to the original purchaser
Labor - 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)
Brake Overhaul: disc and/or drum performed as a package:

• Disc: disc pads, resurface rotors, rebuild or replace hydraulic calipers, grease seals (if equipped), associated hardware.
• Drum: brake shoes, resurface drums, new wheel cylinders. grease seals (if equipped), associated hardware.
  Any and all other brake service or repair is covered under the "Brake Service Warranty".

MACPHERSON STRUTS: (cartridges. shocks and assemblies)

Parts - Lifetime, to the original purchaser.
Labor - 12 months or 1 2,000 miles (whichever comes first)

INSTALLED TIRE WARRANTY: (auto tires only)
Present this folder for a free rotation and computer wheel balance every six(6) months or 6,000 miles, for the life of purchased tires. (Vehicles requiring mounting or dismounting of tires to special wheels excluded). Not valid if tire is dismounted.

THE TIRE DEPOT WARRANTS THAT THE PERFORMED REPAIRS WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A MINIMUM OF 90 DAYS OR 4,000 MILES, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST, UNLESS OTHERWISE PRINTED ON THE FACE OF YOUR INVOICE.

THESE WARRANTIES APPLY TO THE PARTS AND LABOR ON YOUR INVOICE. THERE MAY BE OTHER PARTS IN THE SAME SYSTEM THAT ARE NOT COVERED. THESE WARRANTIES APPLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY:
This warranty is only for you and the vehicle serviced. It is not transferable, The Tire Depot will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damage under this warranty. Implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of this warranty and shall exclude consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you (but in no event shall the inapplicability of such limitations or exclusions invalidate any other terms of this warranty).

A buyer of The Tire Depot's products or service has the right to have warranty service performed during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the vehicle has been out of the buyer's hands for warranty repairs. If a defect exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed. The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and the buyer notifies The Tire Depot where the warranty service was performed of the failure of the repairs within 60 days after they were completed. If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the buyer may return the vehicle for a replacement of parts, if applicable or a refund, in either case, subject to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage. This time extension does not affect the protections or remedies the buyer has under any law.

Recommended Mileage & Maintenance Inspection

These recommendations are based on average vehicle operation and good maintenance habits. Your vehicle's maintenance/repair needs vary. Good vehicle maintenance keeps overall expenses down and extends vehicle service life.

LIMITED ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION PLAN (TDRHPP)
If you purchased the additional Road Hazard Protection Plan for your new tires you are entitled to the following: Any road hazard damage not covered by the manufacturer will be repaired at no charge or replaced on a prorated basis. T he Tire Depot will determine whether of not the damage is repairable using goodyear guidelines. I the damage is not repairable, The Tire Depot will replace the tire with a new on(, of like kind and quality on a prorated basis. the prorated price is calculated by multiplying the current price for compatible tire by the percentage of the original tread remaining (up to 2/32nds). The cost of the tire mounting and balancing ing will be at no charge on tires covered by this plan provided you have the original invoice showing you purchased the TDRHPP. There will be a minimum replacement charge of $25 for the first 25%, of tread depth. The following are not covered: Damage caused by tire, theft, vandalism, damages resulting from an accident/collision, misuse, willful abuse or under inflated, damage caused by improper balancing, alignment, improper mounting, mechanical detects caused by the vehicle, cosmetic damages sidewalk bruising, scratches or abrasions, or tire sealant fillers (fix-a-flat). This TDRHPP is not assignable by the consumer. It does not provide compensation for incidentals such as loss of time, inconvenience, injury to person or property or loss of use of the vehicle.
